Tenterhooks

Tenterhooks is a community arts and heritage project based in Marsden, West Yorkshire. Led by LYR and Marsden Community Trust, the project invited local people to share untold stories, which inspired four new poems by Poet Laureate Simon Armitage. These poems were handed back to the community, sparking over 120 creative responses across music, performance, visual art and more. The project culminated in a public showcase and the creation of a permanent digital archive.
