The Mechanics is fully accessible – the ground floor entry is level, and if the session / event you would like to attend is upstairs, we have a lift between the floors.
We also have a small number of portable T loop systems that can be moved around the building. If that would be useful for you please ask the staff.
We do not have parking on site, however there are two disabled parking spaces marked on street, within 50 metres of the building.
Carers’ tickets: we offer reduced or free carers’ tickets as long as the carer is accompanying the person for whom they care. These tickets should be available as an option on each event on our ticket sales platform.
Dogs: we don’t mind dogs within the building, however it does depend what you’re coming to. Some events may not be suitable for dogs due to noise levels. We would always ask that owners remain aware of other people as not every one is comfortable with dogs and some people have allergies.
